A Christmas Snow Wins 4 Golden Drovers

Trost Moving Pictures Wins Big At The 2011 Trail Dance Film Festival – A Christmas Snow Receives Best of Festival & Muse Watson Wins Best Actor

Tulsa, OK ~ A Christmas Snow, the second feature film for director Tracy J Trost, walked off with high honors Sunday night at the 2011 Trail Dance Film Festival in Duncan, Oklahoma. Nominated in five categories, A Christmas Snow received four, including Best of Oklahoma FilmBest Feature DramaBest Actor (Muse Watson) and then honored with the top award Best of Festival. The multiple award-winning Trost took Best Feature Narrative at the 2010 Trail Dance Film Festival for his first feature film Find Me. Trost was honored with Best Feature Film in a Drama category at the 2010 XP Media International Film Festival. The iconic actor Muse Watson received the Trail Dance Film Festival Best Actor honor for his extraordinary performance as Sam in A Christmas Snow.

A Christmas Snow is a brilliant film with an ensemble that does an amazing job of portraying the dysfunctional and complicated lives of three people with a director whose storytelling compels us to take a look at our own lives.

The A Christmas Snow stage version goes into production in October with performances starting November 1, 2011 and running through the Christmas season at the Starlite Theatre in Branson, MO.  Original cast members Muse Watson, Catherine Mary Stewart and Cameron ten Napel will reprise their roles as Sam, Kathleen and Lucy.
